Director & Co-Founder – Gillian McGeever
Gillian began her career in Sales and Marketing within the mechanical engineering sector. Her journey progressed into roles across Manufacturing, Electrical, and Industrial Engineering, where she held senior positions in sales and business development.
Throughout her career, Gillian not only led commercial teams but also played a hands-on role in recruitment—hiring directly for her own teams and helping to establish in-house recruitment functions. This experience sparked her passion for talent acquisition and staffing solutions.
After spending three years living in New Zealand, Gillian identified a gap in the recruitment market across the sectors she knew best. This inspired her to establish Inova Recruitment, a specialist recruitment firm focused on connecting top-tier talent with companies in the Life Sciences, Technology, and Engineering sectors.
At Inova, Gillian specializes in placing entry to senior-level professionals across a wide range of roles. Her true passion lies in building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

After a career which spanned Ireland, UK, Europe & Asia Pacific working in senior managerial roles in various engineering and operational sectors within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Device sector.
Austin has delivered & secured multiple turnkey projects within the Life Science Sector for clients.
